We can observe that we spend most of time at school or to work for school. Even though as far as it’s concerned me, it’s interesting because I chose ISARA, I think it is necessary to have activities outside school.
Last year, I found an activity very good which took my mind off things : the African dance. I liked it because it allowed me to forget the possible problems, to expend energy and also because I like African music. Unfortunately I haven’t enough time this year to carry on. But I think that I will do again. In fact, I am in charge of the association Altaïr at ISARA. I consider this activity different from school owing to I get involved myself in. It allowed me to learn a lot about me and the others and also to involve myself deeply in the defence of my convictions.
This way I don’t do sport this year and the association takes up a lot of time. Fortunately thanks to week-ends and holidays, I profit of free time to see my family or my friends. I like to go to the cinema, or just to watch a movie on TV. I would like to have more time to go to museum or to visit exhibitions. There are many things I like to do outside school : making a cake, to do shopping with my sister, to drink a coffee on a café’s terrace…
I think we are too sedentary and we don’t move enough. That’s why we arise us too many questions, or that some people don’t arrive to sleep… Moreover, during the two internships in a farm these two years, T never have any problems for sleeping !
Perhaps this remark is simple but I think that perspire, speak, take our mind off things… is important to feel good.
